MORRISTOWN, Tenn. (WATE) – Tennessee Bureau of Investigation identified human remains found in Hamblen County.
WATE 6 On Your Side was told by TBI that the deceased individual is Isaac Watts of Morristown.
TBI said the discovery was made August 14. Agents said the remains were found along Clyde Thomas Road.
Watts was last seen on November 28. His vehicle was found in Morristown in December.
